Tuesday and Friday, from 10:00 am to 13:00 pm.

Intensive programme for participants to move from an initial idea to a business model validated with real users.

100% practical methodology: interviews, prototypes and rapid testing.

Result: defined minimum viable product (MVP), completed business model and professional short presentation.

Participation in the programme will grant 1 ECTS credit.

Modules

M1. Opportunity and environment identification: Detect and define the problem, map actors and alternatives, and size the market.
M2. User profile: Understand the user, empathy map and user journey, based on interviews and observation.
M3. Ideation and idea selection: Generate options, apply criteria, create low-fidelity prototypes and run quick tests.
M4. Product, value proposition and business model: Shape the value proposition, define the MVP and complete the business model canvas, go-to-market strategy, pricing…
M5. Presentation: Build a short 3–5 minute presentation with demonstration and Q&A, based on validation evidence.

What participants will take away

Business model canvas validated with real data. Understanding of the market and users. Final pitch.

Who it is for

Undergraduate and master’s students with a project idea or interest in entrepreneurship who want to validate it quickly and rigorously.
