OPEN: Brazil 2025 is a high-impact hybrid program for European startup program managers and their portfolio startups aiming to scale in Latin America’s leading innovation ecosystem. It includes a 5-day Immersion Lab in São Paulo to connect with key players, a preparatory bootcamp for the LATAM market, and personalized follow-up activities.

Program Objectives
The main goals of this program are to facilitate the expansion of European startups into the Brazilian market, connect them with key players in Brazil’s innovation ecosystem (such as venture capital funds, corporations, hubs, and public institutions), provide strategic preparation for the Latin American market, and foster long-term partnerships.
Methodology
The program’s methodology is hybrid, combining different stages. It starts with a specialized online preparation bootcamp, including sessions on the Brazilian tech ecosystem, legal and regulatory frameworks, market entry strategies, and storytelling techniques. This online phase prepares participants for the 5-day Immersion Lab in São Paulo, which is the in-person component. During the immersion, participants will visit hubs, accelerators, and corporations, join practical workshops, and attend networking events. Finally, the program includes personalized follow-up activities to consolidate contacts and opportunities generated.
Program Schedule
The call opens on August 8, 2025, and closes on August 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Selected projects will be announced on August 28, 2025. Mandatory online bootcamps will take place on September 2, 9, 16, and 25, 2025. The Immersion Lab in São Paulo will be held from October 19 to 24, 2025, including a fourth online session with the group during that period.
Target Audience
This program is aimed at European startup program managers and their portfolio startups that meet certain criteria. Startups must be at a late seed to post-Series A stage, have secured at least one funding round, developed a product prototype, and show readiness to scale in the Brazilian market. Projects must also be legally incorporated, have at least one full-time team member, and contribute quality, efficiency, and diversity to the ecosystem.
