– Noelia Castillo Sánchez, Head of Specializations at Manpower Spain.
With more than 20 years of experience in strategic human resources consulting, Noelia Castillo has advised global companies on the implementation of talent policies, change management and leadership development. Her focus is on optimizing processes and developing talent attraction and growth strategies, aligned with organizational objectives. She has worked in sectors such as retail, services, banking, technology and industry, leading innovative projects that drive business competitiveness. In addition, she has led digital transformation initiatives in human resources, integrating technology and people to generate sustainable results.

A PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from BarcelonaTech (UPC), Carles Puente is co-founder of Ignion and one of the inventors of the Virtual Antenna technology, which allows the integration of antennas in mobile devices and Yate. Previously, he was CTO and co-founder of Fractus S.A., where he developed patents that were widely adopted in the mobile phone industry worldwide. He is also a professor at the UPC and has been awarded prizes such as the European Inventor Award from the EPO (2014) and the IST Grand Prize from the European Commission (1998). Carles has been invited to international forums and has more than 145 patents and 150 scientific publications.

Denis Guilhot holds a PhD in Optoelectronics from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom) and a Master’s degree in Electronics and Optoelectronics (Physics) from the University of Montpellier (France). Currently, he is a senior innovation engineer in the innovation department of BMAT, where he has extensive experience in the management of R&D projects, technology transfer, intellectual property and business development. Denis is an expert in public funding programs, and acts as an evaluator and reviewer in funding programs and scientific publications. For three years, he has been working on BMAT Music Innovation, the operating system for the music industry.
