The i-Day is an activity where students from various academic fields work together to solve real societal challenges. This year’s challenges revolve around sustainability and health. All proposals will be evaluated by a jury, which will award €500 to each winner idea (3 in total).

Objectives
The goal of this initiative is to encourage and promote innovation among students. Participants will work in alignment with the United Nations’ 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, i-Day offers you the opportunity to: – Acquire new skills: lateral thinking, analytical capabilities, use of innovative tools, etc. – Broaden your horizons: share experiences with students from different disciplines. – Address real-world problems: propose solutions to inclusion and sustainability challenges presented by industry.
Methodology and schedule
Methodology and schedule Throughout the day, participants will work in teams and receive support from facilitators and experts who will guide them in using tools to boost their innovative capacities. The activity will take place on May 8, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, at StartUB!. Meals and snacks will be provided by the organizers.
Target audience
This activity is open to students and alumni from all universities, faculties, and academic disciplines, in order to form multidisciplinary teams and enrich the group experience. Participants can register as a group (indicating this in the registration form) or individually. In the latter case, a group will be assigned on the day of the event. No prior experience or knowledge is required — anyone can take part.
